I want to be that light and support for you all during these holidays. I know it’s been a struggle during this crises. Mental health has been rising ever more during this CO-VID pandemic and since the lockdowns, there has been an increasing sense of isolation among parents, children, and adults over all the world. As individuals, it’s important we take our power back and learn to cope with the obstacles we are faced with as that is life. We can choose to grow stronger, wiser, and better than ever before. As children, it’s a benefit to learn these major coping skills at an early age. It determines how their future will play out and, with it, our future generations.
